6.2 Promotional or discount codes must be used during checkout.

6.4 We are not responsible for mistakes by these providers.
6.5 By ordering, you confirm that the payment method is yours and is valid.

7. Delivery
7.1 Delivery is made to the address provided during checkout.
7.2 An estimated delivery timeframe will be shown.

7.4 If delivery fails, we will contact you.
7.5 Responsibility transfers to you upon delivery.
7.6 If delivery is delayed due to your refusal to accept it, you must pay the return shipping costs.
7.7 You are also responsible for any additional return-related charges.
7.8 Estimated delivery time:
– Processing: 1–3 business days
– Shipping: 3–8 business days
(Total estimate: approximately 4–11 business days)
7.9 All import taxes and duties are the buyer’s responsibility. Items are shipped from outside the EU.

8. Cancellation / Modifications
8.1 Cancellation requests must be made by email.
8.2 Orders that have been packed cannot be canceled but can be returned.
8.3 Refunds prior to shipment are only possible within 24 hours of placing the order.

9. Defects
9.1 Products are not custom-designed.
9.2 Website content is provided without guarantees.
9.3 Product images may not exactly match the actual product.
9.4 Report defects via email with a photo.
9.5 Returns are handled under Section 10.
9.6 Items are inspected upon return.
9.7 If a defect is confirmed, we will:
(a) send a replacement, or
(b) refund you, including return shipping costs.
9.9 A fee may be charged for complaints found to be unjustified.

10. Returns & Refunds
10.1 Our returns policy is part of these Terms.
10.2 You may return items within 30 days. Refunds are issued within 7 days of receipt.
10.3 Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
10.4 Refunds will go back to the original payment method.
10.5 Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached.
10.6 A cancellation is only final once the item is returned.
10.7 Cancellations after shipment are not possible—please wait for delivery and return it.

11. Vouchers
11.1 Vouchers must be redeemed at checkout.
11.2 Only one voucher may be used per order.
11.3 Vouchers have no cash value.
11.4 Any remaining amount must be paid by other means.
11.5 Voucher amounts are not refundable in the case of returns.

12. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse our website, such as by:
– engaging in illegal activities,
– distributing malware,
– using automated systems to extract data,
– violating intellectual property,
– bypassing access restrictions.
Violations will result in a ban and possible legal action.
