How Long Does Delivery Take?

Our delivery process typically takes between 4 to 11 business days, consisting of two phases:

  • Order Processing: 1–3 business days, which includes order confirmation, product personalization (if applicable), quality check, and packaging.
  • Shipping: 3–8 business days from our international distribution center to your delivery address. This may vary slightly depending on your location.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all purchases. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships, and you can monitor your shipment at any time on our Order Tracking page.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

As soon as your order is shipped, you’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with your tracking number.
You can use this number to track your parcel through our Order Tracking page.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees charged during or after delivery are the customer’s responsibility. These charges are not covered by Maroxe Fashion.

Cancelling Your Order

Changed your mind? You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Damaged delivery or missing items
